Huston was the second daughter born to filmmaker John Huston (himself the son of actor Walter Huston) and former ballerina Enrica Soma. The family moved to California in 1953, and settled in County Wicklow. They moved in the next year to a manor located in County Galway. Huston was able to spend a significant portion of her growing up on the estate. Her parents separated her from her father for extended times while he worked on film sets. Soma left in 1962, and she moved together with her two children to London. Huston is a sluggish student who was more interested in the political turbulence at the time, and also participating in the protests against nuclear bombs among others, left school in 1968. Anna Alfieri is a London film and actress from London. She began training in acting in the Teatro Primo Studio (First Studio Theatre) in Milan which is where she learned for 2 years of acting method. In London the following year, she completed her studies at Richmond Drama School where she received a foundation degree in the field of drama.
